Price list
Price list of the brokerage fees for the brokerage performed during the sale, purchase, lease and rental of the properties.
SALE/PURCHASE (brokerage fee charged as a percentage of the total achieved amount of the sale/purchase price)
Sale (brokerage fee when selling property charged from the seller)
- 2% of the agreed price, not less than €1.000 for an agreed price lower than €50.000
Purchase (brokerage fee when purchasing property charged from the purchaser)
- 2% of the agreed price, not less than €1.000 for an agreed price lower than €50.000
Exchange (brokerage fee when the exchange property is charged from each party in the exchange and the percentage calculated from the agreed price that each party acquired through the exchange)
- 2% of the agreed price, not less than €1.000 for an agreed price lower than €50.000
LEASE (brokerage fee charged as a percentage of the total amount of the monthly rent)
Lessor (brokerage fee when renting a property charge from the lessor):
- 50% of the monthly rent (minimum), not less than €100 for a lease duration up to 12 months
- 75% of the monthly rent for a lease duration from 12 to 59 months
- 100% of the monthly rent (minimum) for a lease lasting 60 months or more
Lessee (brokerage fee when renting out a property charged from the lessee):
- 50% of the monthly rent (minimum), not less than €100 for a lease duration up to 12 months
- 75% of the monthly rent for a lease duration from 12 to 59 months
- 100% of the monthly rent (minimum) for a lease lasting 60 months or more
- Everything which is not provided for in this Price List will be contracted directly with the responsible person of the Real Estate Broker.
- The client will agree with the Real Estate Broker, orally or in writing, about the fee for additional work that the Real Estate Broker performs for the client, depending on the type and scope of the work.
- The fee, calculated as a percentage of the agreed price of the property in euros or another foreign currency, is paid in dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, valid on the day of payment.
